Resources for Researchers

The National Institutes of Health (NIH) provides research funding to enhance health, lengthen life, and reduce illness and disability. The NIH also assists extramural investigators in preparing and conducting research in biomedical, behavioral, social, and clinical research.

The ODP’s Resources for Researchers section is a one-stop shop for prevention research-related information to help researchers develop, apply for, and conduct high-quality prevention research projects. It provides resources and interactive tools about NIH-funded research, peer-reviewed research articles, research needs and gaps, methods training opportunities, and dissemination and implementation research in disease prevention.
